As part of the CAP Clinical Integration and Accountable Care Organization team, the Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the initial and ongoing maintenance of provider enrollment and organization data entry needed to support multiple functions within the CAP network.  This position will be responsible for completing provider enrollment applications according to CAP and Cayuga Medical Center internal policies, health plan policies and other regulatory agencies such as NCQA, CMS and NYS Department of Health.  An Associates degree with 2-5 years of experience is required.  Experience with provider enrollment/credentialing with Health Plan, IPA, or Medical Group, or healthcare operations in claims processing, billing, provider relations or contracting is preferred.
