Network Access Manager
The Manager, Network Access is responsible for overseeing patient access to the Cayuga Health Partners (CHP) Network. The Manager works cooperatively with the Leadership Team to advance programmatic activities at Cayuga Health Partners. This includes working collaboratively with all practices in the CHP Network and serving as a liaison between patients, provider practices, hospitals, and additional Network partners as indicated. Responsible for managing the organizational and administrative operations of the Clinical Integration Network Access team. Operations include scheduling, verification of benefits, pre-certification, facilitating patient referrals, and follow-up visits on behalf of CHP practices. Responsible for ensuring that the team is fully staffed and that associates are appropriately trained. Emphasis is placed on customer service, patient services, patient satisfaction, staff development, and supporting Network goals. This is a new program; the Manager, Network Access will work in partnership with CHP Leadership to define, develop, and hire staff for this program. 3-5 years of work experience in patient access or business, 2 years of supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related fields are required.
