This professional position will be responsible for the management of recruitment and support general HR functions. The Employment Manager oversees the management of the recruitment, generates creative options to attract the best candidates, and ensures a positive experience for candidates. The Employment Manager also has a foundational role in the general HR functions and is a resource to employees and the leadership by maintaining policies, looking for opportunities to improve processes, providing solutions to employee relations concerns, designing and implementing strategies for improving the workplace and the workforce.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources. Previous leadership and managerial experience highly desired.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
