This position manages the talent acquisition process including interviews, referral of applicants, coordination of new hire activities etc., with a significant focus on nurse recruitment. Other areas of responsibility include employee relations, the maintenance of personnel records and statistical personnel controls, as well as the monitoring of policy and procedures to ensure consistency and equity across departmental lines.  

Requirements:

Nursing Degree or

HR experience with a Bachelor degree desired.
